Bio

Sherry is known for her radical faith, expansive vision and passion for Christ. She is the former co-owner of Do It! Fitness Center (Pine Bluff, AR) and is known for assisting and educating others on fitness and healthy food choices.She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Religion from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA). She is currently pursing a Masters of Arts degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Leadership at Liberty University. A long-time advocate for domestic violence prevention and women’s health, Sherry is dedicated to bringing much needed attention to issues that impact women in her community.

In February 2014, Sherry was crowned Ms. Arkansas United States 2014 by the Miss United States Organization (www.missunitedstates.com). As a titleholder, she has partnered with the CASA Women’s Shelter. In addition, she serves as the editor of Lady Magazine Online, a Christian magazine highlighting the accomplishments of African American women across the nation. Her life’s passion is to inspire her peers and young girls of the next generation, to promote positive self-image and to encourage others to realize their highest potential.
